Degradation , Regrinding , Contaminated material etc. r Basic reasons.

Above to this u should check -

* Air Vent is poor in Preform Mold / Blow Mold
* Inj. Pressure is Too High
* Inj. speed is Too High
* Melt Temp. is Too High
* Temp. of Fedding Gate is Too Hiogh
* Screw head i.e TORPEDO is Off Center
* No Dent OR UNDER CUT inside Barre / Barrel Nozzle which cause Degradation of stored material.
* check seat of Torpedo is NOT worn out

black spots could be due to various issues:
Degradation of material- due excessive temperatures
excessive use of regrind - lower the amount of regrind gradually
Dust & dirt
ensure the polymeric material & regrind are clean before use- metal contamination (various reasons)
purge the material and clean the whole system before starting fresh.

Dear All,
im afacing a big problem with the black spots on the bottles of the Injection Blow Molding machines. can any one advise if there any device can be used as a filter.
